I am married to the most amazing smoke show of a husband and mother 4 beautiful girls.

My husband is a nurse— we often say I help heal the emotional/spiritual and he helps heal the physical. He is wise, he is kind, he is the best leader I’ve met (other than Jesus), and he safely holds my broken heart. It’s truly beautiful. And our four daughters, all with bold, extremely different personalities keep us on our toes and waking up far too early.

At age 14 my father (my world) was killed and I became obssessed with self help and trying to figure out how to "feel better". Within that pursuit also began a season of mass self destruction and addiction. I stayed struggling with myself until the age of 25. I then dove all in to a relationship with Jesus Christ and never looked back. I quickly married a Christian man and thought life would be perfect (spoiler: I was wrong). I walked through an abusive marriage to a man struggling with undiagnosed mental disorders. At 36, I walked away from that marriage (having done everything short of sin to save it) and began my own true healing journey.

As a Licensed Pastoral Counselor through the National Christian Counselors Association since 2019, my passion to help people walk into the healing I have experienced has only grown.

I have served as Pastor at Journey Church in Fern Park, Florida since 2017. I went from volunteer to Campus Pastor and love pouring into people. Through my own personal struggles and my church, God began making my calling of counseling and my passion for mental health abundantly clear.

Holding hope for the lost and the broken when they can’t anymore, standing in the gap for people, and walking people through trauma and healing has been a privilege and a joy. THIS is something I can devote my life to!
